HEALTHY EATING

Eating healthily is very important and helps us in many ways:
- To keep our bodies in shape.
- To avoid getting ill.
- To be able to do all our activities successfully (study, do sport, ...)
Do we have a healthy diet? What does "eating healthily" mean? How much do I know about healthy food? Which are our favourite foods? Are these recipes healthy?

In the following project we are going to learn about all this following the next steps:
1- We are going to answer a questionaire about our eating habits, so that by the end of the project I can decide whether I have a healthy diet or not and what I should change.
2- We are going to learn about the food pyramid and how to classify food by watching some videos and presentations.
3- We are going to read, write and work with different types of foods from a Calameo to analyse what they provide us with.
4- Students will analyse some recipes they have brought randomly and we will try to draw conclusions about how healthy they are and arrange them from the most to the least healthy.
